Well-Intentioned Grandpa Accidentally Youtubed Himself Instead Of Marriage Proposal

Wholesome Grandpa Went Viral After Accidentally Filming Himself

Senior citizens love the technologies that we’re now enjoying but it’s a strong fact that technology is not the strongest point of senior citizens.

John Hart, Jamie’s grandpa, upon visiting Sandia Peak Tramway in Albuquerque, New Mexico last month, befriended a couple during a tram ride to the mountaintop.

John jokingly teased his newfound friend Christopher that it would be an incredible experience for them to propose to his eight-year fiancee, Kandace, on the mountaintop.

John, still unknowingly, that the couple’s first date is the mountaintop itself and Christoper was planning to pop the question of marriage to his fiancee.

“He introduced me to his girlfriend and at that point I said, ‘wow hey this would be a great chance for you to propose to your girlfriend and put a big smile on her face,’” John said. “And unbeknownst to me, that was the plan.”

Just before the big moment was about to happen, Jayce Flauding, one of the relatives that traveled with them, handed grandpa John an iphone to designate him the paramount mission of filming the apocalyptic moment.

But John, in his excitement and happiness accidentally pointed the camera in the wrong direction which resulted him filming himself instead of the momentous occassion of the marriage proposal.

The video quickly went viral on youtube which garnered 1.3 million views at time of writing and John was dubbed as Wholesome Grandpa.
