Are you a true blooded hipster? Well if you are you can try your luck getting into a hipster-only bar conceptualized by English artist Max Dovey.

But wait-not so fast! You can only get in after you pass its artificial intelligence and face recognition technology that has the capacity to differentiate the true hipster from the regular crowd. For the last two years, Dovey went on a project touring the UK and turning regular places into awesome pop-up hipster bars in the area.
But first…you have to pass the hipster test for the machine to be able to grant you entry!

“It tears up friendship groups and tears up families. Often the dad of a family will be able to come in, and the wife and the child have to watch outside, which I’m not too happy about. There has been an issue of trying to get the software to recognize female hipsters – so I’ve had to look further for more images of women so it wasn’t a very male bar.” Dovey says in an interview.

The pop-up bar is currently touring the entire UK.
