Ibby Piracha, a 23-year-old is a regular customer of Starbucks in Leesburg, Virginia. He goes there at least two to three times a week to buy his cup of coffee. Also, he always has his order typed beforehand in his phone, ready to show the barista of the day his order.
You see, Ibby is deaf, and he always had this routine.
But little did he knew, everything’s going to change.
One Starbucks barista took the extra mile of making the 23-year old feel more than welcome. Her name is Krystal Pane, and she recently decided to take her American Sign Language skills to the next level, by making an effort to learn it more to better communicate with Piracha.
Piracha, to express his heartfelt gratitude for the sweet woman, posted this on his Instagram which quickly hit off the internet and became viral:
“My job is to make sure people have the experience they expect and that’s what I gave him.” Krystal replied.
What a terribly sweet woman! Kudos to you ma’am for making a costumer’s day even in your own little way.
