McDonald’s – New Menu Changes, What Are They?

What are the menu changes at McDonald’s and what does it mean for the future of McDonald’s? Will customers like the new changes?

Will the prices remain the same or will they go up?

These are some excellent questions, and this is something we all will find out on our next visit to a McDonald’s fast food restaurant. I really don’t know about calling it fast food anymore. The menu changes seems to be for kids, athletes, drivers, vegetarians and vegans, as well as low calorie, low sugar, low salt, gluten-free and low-carb options.

McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant and has established a reputation with certain food items. I don’t frequent it on a regular basis, however when I do. I generally like to order the Fish Fillet sandwich with cheese and tartar sauce and fries. When I go to McDonald’s I’m going because I’m hungry and have a taste for these food items. I’m not looking for healthy. I’m sure there are a lot of people that feel this way. There’s no harm in eating without worrying about calories, salt intake or if it’s gluten-free, however when a person continues this habit of eating unhealthy foods. It can turn against you.

My problem with the new menu changes at McDonald’s is, why now?

What are they trying to prove? Are they trying to gradually change their whole menu to a healthy menu? I don’t believe this is a good move for them.

I recommend you to learn about the new menu changes at McDonald’s.

McDonald's Fish fillet

Fish Fillet sandwich with apple slices.

I don’t think I will choose this menu option. I rather cheese and tartar sauce on my fish fillet sandwich, and how about the french fries. No fries, oh no can do.

McDonald's Southwest salad for vegetarians

Southwest salad with fruit and yogurt parfait

I’m not a vegetarian and this is what the menu suggestion is by a nutritionist. I wonder if they will like this menu option. Time will tell how the menu changes works for McDonald’s.
