In Denmark, the architecture studio EFFEKT will create a walkway that will feature one of the most breathtaking bird’s eye views of the forest. The idea was basically to create a design that would not disrupt the environment.
It will be found in Glissefeld Kloster, Haslev, almost an hour south of Copenhagen. With a 2000 ft internal ramp and winding observatory tower, it will take photographers and nature-lovers alike into a 360-degree panoramic view of hilly and verdant landscapes.
This hour-glass like structure will be 45 meters tall and will be split into two routes: the upper walkway will lead to the forest’s oldest trees, while the opposite lower path will spiral to the much more younger trees in the area.
This tree-top experience is part of the camp adventure and will allow visitors from all over the world to encounter this one of a kind stunning architecture. The project is set to finish in 2018.
What do you think about this spiraling treetop walkway in Denmark? Do you think it perfectly showcases mother nature’s ethereal beauty?
