The year was 1957 when they first got married. It was a simple celebration, a family gathering that would celebrate the life of two young people who promised to love and care for each other and build a good life. His grandfather was the one who made the yard, a godmother sewed the dress, her aunt made the cake. 60 years after that marriage, their love blossomed into 9 children, 16 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandkids.
But the thing is – they had no pictures to show of their special wedding day.
Just recently, suppliers from the interior of São Paulo came up with a brilliant concept to recreate the couple’s wedding day in one lovely photoshoot.
It is 60 years late – but it was one of the loveliest and heartwarming shoots to date. A mini-wedding was prepared for the couple, a simple gesture to capture the beauty and the moment of a love of two people that lasted for decades.
