How This 28-Year Old Lost Weight By Eating Chocolate

Kerri Kidman knew she was a tad overweight at 113 kilograms…and she wanted to lose it fast. And she did- thanks to her favorite food – chocolate, she was able to shed at least 51 kilograms off her weight!

Ever since childhood, she has been bullied with her weight. She was around 18 years old and of the size of 12 when she met her husband to be.  When she had her first child Presley, she was size 16, and it grew to size 18 when she gave birth to her daughter, Rhianna.

When her weight then peaked, she was size 30. She knew she needed to shed it- but she just couldn’t give up eating chocolates!

However, a turning point was when she and her son Presley was out in an amusement park during a summer holiday. She was told by the park attendant that her son can ride on his own since they couldn’t both fit in the ride.

She then vowed to lose weight ever since that day. Hearing about a meal replacement diet of a chocolate shake and bar, she decided to give it a go. Planning four shakes a day, in a week, she lost 5 pounds.

Over the next three months, she was able to shed an average of 4 pounds a week, and now she’s sporting a size 8 at 61 kilograms. Amazing!
