The effects can cause you serious health problems. A lot of people in the world are coffee drinkers, which of course, has caffeine in it. I know some people may drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning, and have two more cups of coffee with their dinner in the evening.

Here are a few facts I want to share with you that may change your mind about drinking so much caffeinated coffee.

If you drink 1 ounce (30.7 grams) of caffeine in a day, this is too much and the effects could cause serious problems such as weight loss and short term memory loss. “Violent” side effects, including dizziness, blurred vision, physical shaking, and a rapid heartbeat.

A UK university is paying the price for a screw-up of heart-palpitating proportions after they gave two students a dose of caffeine equivalent to 300 cups.
